Unified Communications Architect /Modern Workplace Architect /Technical Architect - Microsoft 365

We are seeking a Unified Communications Architect to support a large enterprise transitioning to a hybrid and modern workplace. We are looking for an Architect who understands existing environments and can develop new ways of working by leveraging the latest cloud services. You will ensure delivery of the end-to-end technical architecture and implementation of designs based on business needs and requirements.

Required skills and knowledge:

  • M365 and Modern Workplace technologies.
  • Microsoft Teams Direct Routing.
  • Session Border Controllers and SIP Trunking.
  • Existing 'legacy' IP Telephony and PBX platforms (particularly Cisco Call Manager).
  • Microsoft Teams Devices.
  • Exchange Server 2010+.
  • Network infrastructure and Quality of Service.
  • Contact Centre solutions and operations.
  • Previous experience in designing and delivering large-scale migrations.
  • Previous experience in providing strategic and technical designs and delivering presentations to key stakeholders.

In addition to the above requirements if you have the below skills then it will be a value add:

  • Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestitures with M365 services.
  • OneDrive.
  • SharePoint.
  • Migration tools (BitTitan, Quest etc.).
  • Azure.
  • Windows 10\11.
  • Windows Server.
  • SCCM & Endpoint Manager.
  • Group Policy.
