Win-Work/Business Development Support Manager

Job Requirements – what you will do:

Proposal Management

• Work collaboratively with the Win Work Team and Bid Managers to create Project reference sheets, bid content write-ups, pitches, client presentations to highlight our value proposition and win strategy
• Source, structure, write, edit and format content and documents to suit the requirement of the client and check on RFP compliance and consistency
• Participate in proposal reviews, consolidate all comments and apply non-technical suggestions and changes

Marketing Management

• Prepare company’s marketing plan and roll out activities
• Draft and review marketing material, brochures and capability statements to reflect the company’s portfolio and positioning in the sales material
• Manage the company’s social media channel (English and Mandarin) and develop strategic content plans according to regional business strategy and our service offering

• Contribute to the document library and repository of the Win Work Team and share knowledge, lessons learnt, country- or client-specific insights with the business and collaborate with Global Win Work and Marketing Teams

Qualifications – what you need to bring:

• Candidates should have a minimum qualification in journalism, communications, marketing, business management, engineering, architecture or equivalent with post qualification work experience of minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience within the proposal or bid management field, marketing, communication, client strategy, social media or professional services firms
• Excellent organisational and coordination skills with an eye for detail
• Strong technical, professional English writing skills (mother-tongue level), Chinese (Mandarin is a must)
• Experience and / or interest in the architecture / engineering consultancy / professional services industry, ability to understand technical aspects and translate them into a logical write-up
• Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues, senior management and supporting staff
• Ability to actively participate during proposal preparation workshops to identify differentiators, key issues, innovative ideas together with the technical Subject Matter Experts / engineers
• Positive go-getter attitude and ambition to win and grow, ability to work independently and collaboratively towards tight deadlines and under time pressure
