What’s your role at Atkins? As part of the Early Careers Team in Birmingham, my role involves the end to end recruitment of our graduates into the Nuclear & Power arm of our business.
Tell us a little bit about your background. I have worked at Atkins for just over 6 years now within Early Careers, prior to this my experience was primarily within HR, a mixture of experienced hire recruitment and training coordination roles.
What’s the best thing about your job? I love meeting new graduates in my role, it’s really rewarding to know I have helped them secure their dream career.
What makes a good day at work? A good day at work for me is running a successful Assessment Centre for our graduates, whereby I see the value our processes add and the positive experience they receive.
Tell us something you like about working at Atkins. Atkins has a fantastic, diverse, ‘family’ culture – it is great meeting people from so many different backgrounds, with so many different specialisms.
