Why do you love working at SNC-Lavalin?
I am constantly challenged in my daily deliverables which motivates me. The team I am a part of is a highly performing team and we always look forward to reaching new heights and essentially we are all building a brand name for ourselves in the industry.
What is the best thing about your job?
The fact that I manage a team is daunting and equally rewarding. I feel that sometimes subtle influences go a long way in shaping someone’s career. When some project is delivered on time, I feel proud that we have achieved as a team and individually.
What makes a good day at work?
We all learn something new everyday when we are open to it. The best part of my work is having an opportunity to learn new things through different internal forums and also there are many trainings conducted to upskill yourself which is very important. Along with the support of my manager, I feel that the organization values your ideas which makes it very motivating to work with this organization.
