AtkinsRéalis are currently looking for experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team to work on newly awarded projects across varying sectors and various locations within KSA for a site-based role. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing team on high profile projects within in KSA.
Key Responsibilities:
Seeking a Quantity Surveyor experienced in both pre and post-contract phases within the Entertainment sector, particularly focusing on Cinema and Fit-out projects.
The ideal candidate should possess the ability to extract quantities and measurements from BIM Models, including Revit DWFX and Cost X.
Responsibilities include various pre-contract activities.
These include validating quantifications by any third party, preparing cost plans, and collaborating with clients to finalize them.
Tasks also involve preparing tender documents, overseeing the tender process, and conducting tender analysis.
Upon the tender process's completion, responsibilities include managing IPC issuance, validating insurances, and handling other contract documents.
Additionally, the candidate will oversee variations and other post-tender activities.
Experiences and Qualifications:
Experience in one of the following key sectors: hospitality, residential, buildings, infrastructure etc
Degree in Quantity Surveying from recognized university;
Minimum of 5 years’ experience;
Minimum of 3 years’ KSA/ international experience;
Must have consultant and/or client background for minimum of 3 years;
Knowledge in the use of QS software Cost X or similar is required;
Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
Possess good project background and proven English language technical writing ability and skills.
