We pride ourselves on building long term relationships with our clients because we are trusted to deliver. This has lead us to work on exciting projects across the globe and across various sectors from the world’s tallest hotel in Dubai and a giant petrochemical plant to London’s Heathrow Airport.

We hope that our diverse range of experience enables us to not only stand out within the construction industry but also shape our individuals through their career development. So why not join us and around 2,500+ colleagues in helping to turn bold ideas into reality.

“Early careers are vital to the future success of the organisation. At Faithful+Gould we invest heavily in those in the early stages of their careers, we aim to support you right through to professional accreditation and in your future development and learning.

Graduates and apprentices provide new insight in to ways of working, challenging the norm and adding real value to the business from day one. It doesn’t stop once professional accreditation is achieved either.

With Performance Development Reviews taking place twice a year and a range of management and further technical in-house training programs available, we aim to provide all employees with the access to development opportunities throughout their career.”
