La division du marché Villes et Développement est présentement à la recherche d’un(e) Coordonnateur(trice), développement des affaires pour son bureau de Montréal afin de soutenir la croissance de l’équipe déjà en place.
Quelle sera votre contribution dans l’équipe ?
Coordination des activités de développement des affaires pour les divisions « Fédéral » et « Local & Provincial » du marché « Villes et Développement ».
Soutenir les directeurs de portfolio pour accroître la présence de notre entreprise auprès de clients et marchés, soient nouveaux ou existants, en établissant des relations stratégiques avec les clients, les partenaires et les fournisseurs.
Collaborer avec différentes équipes à travers l'entreprise (tels ingénierie, approvisionnement, commerciale, sécurité, livraison de projet) pour soutenir la préparation des réponses aux appels d'offres complexes, souvent sous pression et avec des échéanciers serrés.
Soutenir les directeurs de portfolio dans l'identification et l'analyse des opportunités, attribution de contrats, marchés, clients, concurrents, entrepreneurs.
Revoir les opportunités identifiées dans la veille commerciale avec l'équipe fédérale et assurer le suivi avec le personnel des équipes techniques (TPO) ou du marché (c.-à-d. commander les documents pour l’évaluation, faire le suivi des avenants, etc.).
Coordonner et participer (suivi, procès-verbaux, etc.) à diverses réunions de comptes clés (BGIS, PSPC, régions de York et de Peel, ville de Toronto et IO) et autres réunions pour discuter des opportunités à venir avec les membres ciblés.
Participer aux réunions d'évaluation des opportunités (anciennement Go-No Go) organisées par les responsables de la poursuite et/ou les membres de l'équipe Win Work, sur demande uniquement.
Soutenir le directeur de portfolio pour développer et maintenir des plans de positionnement pour l’ensemble des opportunités entre 1 M$ et 5 M$.
Participer aux réunions de gestion mensuelles avec les équipes des divisions « Fédéral » et « Local & Provincial ».
Gérer les données dans CRM/BWS (prospects, opportunités de projet, clients, contacts, concurrents) et la communication en conséquence - principalement pour les classes 3 et 4. Maintenir l’information à jour.
Gérer les outils d'approbation (légal, IBTT, Intégrité, PAS, BP CDD) avec le soutien des directeurs de portfolio et communiquer en conséquence - en soutenant les directeurs de portfolio pour les classes 3 et 4 (2 le cas échéant), pour l’ensemble des directeurs de portfolio au sein du marché Villes & Développement. Suivi requis pour s'assurer que toute la documentation est téléchargée.
Participer aux initiatives approuvées (processus, outils, marketing, etc.) en collaboration avec d'autres départements (Win Work, TPO).
Se tenir au courant des formations/conférences pertinentes pour le Marché.
Gérer les accès et le contenu des différents sites SharePoint dont le site Indigenous E3.

Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience pertinente dans un poste similaire
Bilingue, français et anglais
Excellentes aptitudes à la communication orale et écrite
Aime travailler dans un environnement où le rythme est soutenu
Aime travailler en équipe mais êtes également capable de travailler de manière indépendante.
Maîtrise d'Office 365, notamment Word, Excel et PowerPoint.
Capacité à organiser, hiérarchiser et gérer la charge de travail afin de respecter les délais.

The Cities and development market division is currently looking for a Business development Coordinator for its Montreal office to support the growth of the existing teams
How will you contribute to the team?
Coordination of business development activities for the Federal and Local & Provincial divisions of the Cities & Development Market.
Support the Portfolio Directors to expand our company’s presence with new and existing clients and markets, building strategic relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers.
Collaborate with various teams (such as Engineering, Procurement, Commercial, Security, Project Delivery) and across the business to support the preparation of complex bid requirements, often under pressure and challenging timelines.
Support Portfolio Directors in the identification and analysis of opportunities, awards, markets, clients, competitors, contractors.
Review Market Outlook opportunities with the Federal team and follow up with TPO or Market staff (i.e.: order documents for review, follow up with addenda, etc.).
Coordinate and participate (follow up, minutes, etc.) in various Key Accounts meetings (BGIS, PSPC, Regions of York and Peel, city of Toronto, IO) and other meetings to discuss Early leads and Pipeline with targeted members.
Participate in Opportunity Assessment (formerly Go-No Go) meetings hosted by pursuit managers and/or Win Work team members, as requested only.
Support the Portfolio Director to develop and maintain capture plans for all opportunities between $1M -$5M.
Participate in monthly management meetings with the Federal and Local & Provincial teams.
Manage data within CRM/BWS (prospects, early leads, project opportunities, clients, contacts, competitors) and communication accordingly – mainly for Class 3 and 4. Keep all entries up to date.
Manage approval tools (legal, IBTT, Integrity, PAS, BP CDD) with the support from Portfolio Directors and communicate accordingly – supporting Portfolio Directors for Class 3 & Class 4 (2 if applicable), for all Portfolio Directors within C&D. Follow-up required to ensure that all documentation is uploaded.
Participate in endorsed initiatives (processes, tools, marketing, etc.) in collaboration with other departments (Win Work, TPO).
Keep up to date on trainings/conferences relevant to the Market.
Manage accesses and content of different SharePoint sites including the Indigenous E3 site.
What will you contribute?

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position
Bilingual, French and English
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
Team player but are also able to work independently.
Master of Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to organize, prioritize and manage workload to meet deadlines.
