The AtkinsRéalis Canada BIM Team is growing and we are seeking two (2) BIM Coordinators to be part of our team. The Role of a BIM Coordinator is to facilitate collaboration on projects, provide the information management function, and work to simplify the BIM requirements for our teams.
Location: Burnaby, BC
Your role within the team:
As a member of our Digital Solutions team, you will:
- Guiding and training of AtkinsRéalis Canada standard Design Tool Technology Stack.
- Design CDE Project Setup and Administrator to all supported projects.
- Develop documentation and procedures for the use of assigned BIM Tools.
- Provide support as an Information Manager on projects.
- Assist in BIM protocols and procedures on assigned projects.
- Develop Workflows and Protocols for BIM project delivery.
- Develop optimal solutions to improve workflows and project delivery.
- Enforce and support development of project Data Standards

The ideal BIM Coordinator
- Holds a bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical certification with relevant experience on projects to provide guidance to teams in BIM project setup.
- Passion to engage and support teams in the successful use of the BIM process on projects.
- Strong combination of technical and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge in preparation of construction documentation.
- Excellent computer and communication skills.

Expected compensation for this role is (between Pay Range $ 57,200 - $ 78,700 annually) (Only Applicable to British Columbia). Base salaries are determined according to several parameters like skills, experience, and potential impact on the role. Internal and external competitiveness are also taken into account in our offers.
