Your purpose:
Joining a fast-growing Mechanical, Electrical, and HVAC (MEH) Integrated Engineering Solutions (IES) team within Power New Build. Supporting a variety of exciting projects that include Hinkley Point C (HPC), Sizewell C (SZC), Small Modular Reactors (SMR) and Defence based. We have various types of projects available which range from design to site-based engineering support.
What you can bring:
We’re looking for applicants who:
- Have experience of being involved in engineering projects or roles, delivering to time, cost, quality, and safety.
- Are effective communicators, are able to integrate quickly into diverse multi-disciplinary teams and have the ability to influence a diverse range of stakeholders, particularly those in a site environment.
- Are detail orientated, with a strong adherence to codes and standards.
- Hold a Degree, HND/C, or equivalent qualification, in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Have experience applying multi-disciplinary technical knowledge in industries which could include but not limited to; Nuclear, Military, Oil & Gas or Marine.
- Have the ability to work with a high degree of independence, be pro-active, report on and escalate relevant issues with minimal guidance.
- Perform complex technical work and provide guidance to other colleagues.
- Have a higher-level knowledge and application of skills and the mastery of fundamental principles and concepts.
- Typically have a significant impact across a range of client, project or functional activities within their own team and across other teams. This includes solving more complex problems which may involve developing new perspectives within a specific discipline and exercising judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
