We are hiring! AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Project Controls Manager/Senior Project Controls Manager (mid-level project controls experience is required) to join our TBD (client site is between the Philadelphia, PA and New York, NY offices) office.

How will you contribute to the team?
- Experience in cost management – budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Good understanding of facilities operations costs and accounting practices.
- Track current and historical data for a large portfolio of capital projects.
- Prepare presentations for Monthly Facilities Team meetings.
- Assist in developing and maintaining project expense dashboards.
- Update monthly depreciation reporting.
- Review projects to maintain a three-year planning budget.
- Must have good computer skills and be able to utilize standard office software.

Expected compensation range is between 77,608.00 - 129,346.00 USD Annually
