Our Pipeline discipline works closely with UK and international clients to manage and develop their pipeline portfolio, successfully planning, designing, and enabling works that ensure safe transfer of potable and non-potable resources. Our team has been responsible for high profile and award-winning projects including the design of the West Cumbria Supplies scheme, Strategic Pipeline Alliance, and the Wessex Grid just to name a few. Our frameworks with multiple water companies and the Environment Agency provide us with a consistent workstream of strategic improvements to water supply and wastewater management.

Requirements:
- An established industry profile in the field of pipeline engineering in particular the rehabilitation of existing assets within the water market.
- Ability to apply strategic thinking to the future shaping of the industry.
- Ability to identify and employ innovation in the development of leading-edge processes and technologies.
- Strong collaborative and network behaviours to interface with other disciplines and businesses.
- A Chartered or Fellow of the ICE or CIWEM.
- Experience of working in the Middle East would be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership, acting as a reviewer and subject matter expert for pipeline projects both in the UK and Internationally.
- Leading in the development of technical capability of the business within the UK and internationally.
- Spearheading high profile pipeline projects.
- To maintain and expand a network of client decision makers, maintaining excellent professional relationships which can lead to secure new and repeat business.
- Identify opportunities and manage bids to commercial and competitive standards.
- Work with the market and business development teams to engage with clients and actively sell our technical capabilities.
- Inspire and support the technical development of staff within the Practice team.
- Ensure we have resources with the right skills to deliver our current and future market strategies.
