- As our Growth Lead for our Global Technology Centre (GTC) in India, you will be a driving strength behind expanding our digital services and products. Your strategic vision and collaborative approach will foster growth, enhance market presence, and create opportunities for our talented teams. You’ll engage with regional stakeholders, support bids and client engagement, and ensure that our GTC teams play a pivotal role in solution formation and delivery. You will support the development of demand management processes and use the visibility of your network to inform the future capabilities and capacity of the team, which will directly affect recruitment and resourcing.
- The Digital practice in the GTC consists of three practices Enabling Services, Data Intelligence and Technology Solutions. As the Growth Lead, you will be responsible for driving the growth and uptake of our capabilities across all three practices. You will need to provide a blend of relationship management, business development, solution scoping and capability oversight, whilst being a bridge between the regions and the GTC.
- Enabling Services encompasses our digital internally managed services that support our wider business. Data Intelligence helps our clients set data strategy and governance, architect and manage their data and generate insight from it through artificial intelligence and powerful visualizations. Technology Solutions is our end-to-end service to help our clients integrate, deliver and run high quality technology their people embrace.
- You will work alongside the GTC Workshare Leads to strengthen the collaboration with Market and WinWork teams in regions as well as our KAMs – representing the Digital GTC practice in a way that expands its involvement in client delivery. You will develop and monitor KPIs that hold yourself and the team to account,will be Commercially minded – seeking opportunities to employ commercial models drive increase value to AtkinsRéalis and the GTC business in particular.
- This is a full-time team leadership role, and you will not be expected to complete technical delivery.
Accountabilities
You will be empowered to drive the growth of Digital Practice, working collaboratively with colleagues across the Practice, the wider business and in particular Market and WinWork teams to drive uptake of the GTC Digital capabilities. Specifically, you will have a big personal impact to:
- Cultivate relationships with Market, WinWork and bid teams to showcase the capabilities of the Digital Practice, and proactively find resolutions to blockers to uptake to drive adoption of the digital team
- Proactively support the bid process and solution development, working alongside the Delivery Assurance Lead to integrate our GTC team into the solution approach and enhancing their reputation
- Drive a culture within the Digital practice of networking and showcasing, expanding your reach by enabling and empowering others to also ‘sell’ the capabilities of the practice, providing coaching and mentoring where required
- Scope the project and commercial approach of our complex and/or high-risk projects, drawing in experts from across the Digital practice in GTC and more widely, to ensure our holistic approach appropriately balances speed, quality, risk, resource capabilities and commercial position and we set ourselves up for success
- Streamline interfaces with other Practice areas, both within the GTC and more broadly, to enable high value integrated propositions, identifying complementary expertise and aligning ways of working to reduce barriers.
Person profile
You will be an experienced and excellent expert in providing a consultancy service to help teams optimize their overall program delivery using digital products and services. Beyond that, you will:
- Have a track record in setting and implementing strategy for a high performing service
- Relish nurturing, developing and motivating teams to deliver excellence and realize growth
- Care passionately about delighting clients through a collaborative style and quality delivery
- Give behaviour and culture at least as much emphasis as technical skills development
- Think innovatively and creatively about the best way to solve clients’ problems
- Be commercially astute, leveraging internal resource, intellectual property and supply chain
- Ideally have some experience of shifting towards outcome-based models of consultancy
- Communicate complex technical subjects clearly and concisely with a focus on benefits.
Location
- Whilst this role is a GTC leadership position, we are open to applicants from other geographies. Applicants from other geographies will be expected to articulate how they would fulfil the role requirements remotely and would be expected to travel regularly to India if appointed. Secondments will be considered.
