Marine Inspector (Infrastructure project in Tabuk region KSA)

Atkins are currently looking for a Marine Inspector (infrastructure project site supervision) to be based in Tabuk region in KSA.

Minimum Requirements:

• The minimum requirements for this position are:
• Bachelor’s degree Civil Engineering in a building services discipline;
• 5 years post qualification experience in Project Management;
• Marine and Infrastructure background mandatory;
• Middle East experience required, preferably including KSA
• Must be currently based in KSA with transferable Iqama, or be a Saudi National.

Responsibilities:

• Inspection of site works in progress when offered for inspection by the contractors for compliance with drawings and specifications
• Issuing of pre-inspection reports to assist the contractors in executing their works to the standard required by the specification.
• Undertaking regular unscheduled walk around inspections of the site
• Keeping a record of all inspections and a site diary to the approved format.
• Monitoring contractor’s Health and Safety performance, recording and reporting failures to the RE
