Required:
- Relevant third level qualification.
- Experience with NEC 3/4 Contracts.
Preferable:
- Experience in Cost Management services across infrastructure (Rail, Highways, Water & other utilities, Aviation)
The role:
- Preparing cost plans for construction projects.
- Creating tender documents.
- Preparing construction budgets.
- Assist Senior QS in management of construction costs for projects, including monthly payments, value and risk management, assessment of contractual claims, change management and final accounts.
- Monthly cost reporting to the client.
- Preferable, experience in Cost Management services across infrastructure (Rail, Highways, Water & other utilities, Aviation)
