At the heart of the energy transition, our company is pivotal in designing and implementing groundbreaking strategies to support the UK's journey towards sustainable energy. As we navigate through the complexities of nuclear new builds, advanced nuclear technologies, renewables, Carbon Capture, Utilisation, and Storage (CCUS), hydrogen, and the industrialisation of energy, we are seeking an Energy Sector Lead for our Project and Programme Services (PPS) business who will not only chart our course but become the linchpin in our efforts to revolutionise the industry.
Your Role - As the Energy Sector Lead, you will spearhead our PPS strategy alongside other parts of the AtkinsRéalis business, making substantial contributions to the UK's response to the energy transition. You will be tasked with mapping out the pathways for our company to deliver unparalleled support in nuclear, renewables, CCUS, hydrogen, and more, ensuring our alignment with the nation's sustainability goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Design & Implementation: Forge and execute a comprehensive strategy that positions our company at the forefront of the sector's contribution to the energy transition.
- Sector Mapping: Identify and map out opportunities where our expertise can best support advancements in nuclear new builds, renewables, CCUS, hydrogen, and industrialised energy.
- Leadership: Take a seat at the top table, influencing the direction of our organisation and ensuring the integration of our strategic goals with our day-to-day operations.
- Growth & Impact: Drive growth within the company while making a tangible difference to our communities and the broader energy sector.
