We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our HR team in Sweden. Our ambition is to attract the best talent in the market.

Your will be able to drive the full recruitment process in close cooperation with our stakeholders and work closely with the shared service center in India. Furthermore, you will get direct exposure to our business leaders advising on sourcing and recruiting strategies and assist in coordinating the recruiting processes.

You will have a proactive attitude and be confident to proactively source and screen candidates on social media and professional networks.  In addition building and maintaining a network/pipeline of potential candidates through pro-active market research and insights.

You will have a direct reporting line to the Recruitment Partner in the UK and we will give you the opportunity to grow personally and professionally in a dynamic environment. Our recruiting process are built on cooperation and teamwork and you will find yourself working together with our talented and dedicated professionals and in a team consisting of highly skilled recruiters, all working towards a shared goal.

Furthermore, you will have direct contact to our Recruitment Partner in the UK and together you will be able to create Talent Attraction campaigns to attract the best talent.

As part of the recruitment team you will be working in close collaboration with HR teams, business leaders and Marketing & Communications.

Experience and Qualifications:

Preferable experience from an agency or in-house recruitment

Industry experience / knowledge advantageous

Experience of recruiting for one or more of the Nordic / European countries

People person with good stakeholder management skills

Fluent in English & Swedish (other Scandinavian languages beneficial)

Process orientated

A team player that takes ownership driving your responsibilities all the way

Focused on deadlines and the importance in your contribution

Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (ATS, Linkedin, Job boards)

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ideally Workday

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Swedish & English)

Ability to articulate our company vision, values and engage the most suitable candidates in the market
