AtkinsRéalis’ Major Projects division is in search of a Completions Coordinator to join the East Harbour Transit Hub Alliance project team in Toronto. The Completions Coordinator will be part of a high-performing project team that is dedicated to delivering this complex undertaking through collaboration and a best-for-project vision.
Your role within the team:
To perform this role successfully, the candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
- Generate and coordinate the substantial completions list
- Develop and coordinate the Substantial Completion check sheets
- Manage Set up and population of Substantial Completions Management Database.
- Prepare the Substantial Completions schedule (with assistance from Planner) and integration of same into overall project schedule.
- Hold Substantial Completions internal Workshops to ensure alignment between all Stakeholders and what is required from them to reach SC acceptance by the production unit throughout all project milestones.
- Coordinate and participate in construction meetings
- Provide recommendations to improve processes and procedures

The ideal candidate:
- Technical degree in a Civil or construction field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in completions/quality control/quality assurance in a construction environment.
- System and project quality auditing experience.
- Commitment to working in a team environment, with established team building abilities
- Problem solving abilities, contribution to new quality initiatives, striving for continuous improvements and accurate record keeping will be key to your success in this role.
