Controls & Monitoring Section Manager (Water project)

Faithful+Gould are looking for Controls & Monitoring Section Manager for a major bid in Riyadh, KSA. Candidates should have experience of working on major utilities frameworks with an emphasis on water distribution, transmission and storage, sewerage collection and wastewater treatment services on a national basis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor in engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 15 years’ professional experience including as Project Manager in large scale EPC Project.
• Experience and a cultural understanding of project management within KSA.
• Broad knowledge of Project Controls principles/tools and their application to engineering, procurement, construction, testing, operations, and handover.
• Experience in Financial Reporting and understanding of key performance indicators.
• Knowledge of the application of corrective actions to reconcile nonconforming conditions.
• Proficiency in verbal and written communications.
• Proficiency in providing direction and on the job training to assigned personnel.
• Proficiency in managing financial performance.
• Proficiency in the use of applicable computer programs.
