We are seeking a Cybersecurity Operations Manager Energy, to work in our Oak Ridge, TN office.

How will you contribute to the team?
Manage the cybersecurity functions occurring across the organization.
Assist and support the IT infrastructure personnel and systems facilitating these operations while striving to effectively meet or enhance systems Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability.
Assist with maturing the organization’s Information Security Operations and participate in the execution of related projects.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines with strict attention to detail and prioritization.
Build effective relationships and partnership with vendors to enable information security strategy, operations, placing orders, and monitoring provided services/products.
Monitor and respond to current threat and vulnerability reports from various sources including US Cert, Department of Homeland Security, SANS, the FBI and IT hardware and software suppliers.
Identify emerging cybersecurity threats and recommend actions to mitigate risk.
Effectively communicate and collaborate with Company Divisions, Departments and Business Leadership.
Assist with development of business continuity and disaster recovery plans and execution of plans.
Provide expert level assistance to cybersecurity analysts as needed to evaluate and respond to current threats and risks.
Evaluate risk and approve change requests as part of the change management process.
Participate in cybersecurity audits using NIST standards and best practices.
Participate in annual budgeting activities.
Mentor team members and help them reach their full potential.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What will you contribute?
Bachelor's degree required in cybersecurity, computer science or related technical discipline.
Minimum 5 years of recent cybersecurity management experience.
Minimum 10 years technical cybersecurity or IT experience in a mid to large size enterprise environment.
Thorough knowledge of NIST standards including Special Publication 800-171.
Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) or Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) of a federal information system.
Ability to obtain and maintain a DOE "Q" personnel security clearance.
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) desired
Must be able implement the systems, tools and applications required for the protection and defense of a corporate network/infrastructure.
Project management skills with PMI or PMP training and certification desired.
Knowledgeable of cybersecurity risk relevant to corporate functions and ability to interact with functional managers as needed.
Must be a U.S citizen in order to be considered.
