Debt Recovery and Litigation Manager- Saudi

We are looking for a Debt Recovery and Litigation Manager to support the Engineering, Design, Project Management (EDPM) business in Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in debt recovery and litigation with good analytical, identification, investigation and rectification skills.

Responsibilities

  • Undertake an efficient debt collection services on behalf of the business and carry out litigation and other professional legal work as may be allocated from time to time
  • Advise Project Managers, Directors and business management Client on legal matters, with particular reference to debt collection and litigation.
  • Ensure that the provision of legal services by the Debt Recovery Team meets Clients’ expectations and agreed targets of performance
  • Negotiate and draft legal documentation as required.

Requirements

  • Degree level or equivalent professional qualification
  • Ability to establish strong client relationships
  • Demonstrable experience of successfully operating within a target driven environment. Someone who consistently achieves and often over-delivers their targets.
  • Experience and knowledge of Saudi is an absolute requirement for the role.
  • Able to demonstrate experience of building effective networks both internally and external to the organisation
  • Able to make significant contributions to recovering debt specifically in Saudi
  • Competitive, highly motivated and ambitious for the success of the team
  • Proactive, goal oriented individual with superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent team player, able to influence technical and delivery staff and collaborate effectively with other divisional colleagues
  • A passion for health & safety and the drive for continuous development of our behavioural safety culture working within Atkins, with our clients and with our suppliers to ensure we minimize incidents across the industry.
