Conflict of Interest (COI) Disclosure Form Validator

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Reviews COI forms received in the COI inbox for accuracy and completeness

• Performs quality control checks on forms
• Returns form to employee when forms are incomplete
• Transcribes information from COI form to spreadsheet (central database)
• Emails form to employee’s manager for management follow up and copies regional HR COI Leads
• Answers basic inquiries from employees and managers related to the email containing the COI form
• Check and maintains COI inbox, records, and reports; compiles, organizes, data; performs data entry and retrieval; and prepares related reports.
• Maintains logs of work progress, document processing, and other records.
• Participates in a quarterly audit to compare central database to Workday records and notifies the Regional HR COI Lead of any missing forms.
