Job description:

As an international technical lead, you will be responsible for the delivery of design packages and ensuring that the quality of the deliverables meet the requirements of our clients, in collaboration with our international offices.

The international technical lead is an important link between the project teams in Sweden and our international colleagues. You will contribute to the development of our international team’s knowledge of the Swedish design standards and support our project managers in bridging the gap between the Swedish project team and our international colleagues.

Our clients are state and municipal organisations, contractors, and private companies. All our clients have a portfolio of projects varying in project size and phases.

Qualifications:

• You have a solid understanding of your technical discipline.
• You have 3+ years’ experience within your technical discipline or project management (Road and Street Design, Water and Sewerage, Traffic and Urban Planning, Landscape Architecture and Environment).
• You have excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
• As a person, you are driven and proactive, with a clear focus on building sustainable relationships across borders.
• You have a business-minded approach and the curiosity to identify and explore new opportunities.

Location:

The role is to be based in one of our strategically placed offices in Malmö, Göteborg or Helsingborg, close to all types of commuting options. We offer a flexible working arrangements with possibility to working from home a couple of days per week.
