How will you contribute to the team?
- Provides secondary daily point of contact to client, contractors and consultants at project level.
- Assists the manager in creating and administering project execution plans and revising as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Assists the manager on day-to-day operational aspects of the project and scope including project monitoring and controls during the project lifecycle.
- Assists in ensuring that all project-related documents are appropriately filed, and that record logs are kept up to date and made accessible to project teams.
- Assists in collecting and analyzing key project data on a weekly basis, and assists the manager on associated required reporting.
- Assists the manager with regular reporting on project status.
- Attends project meetings, and assists in producing and circulating agendas and meeting minutes.
- Assists the manager in tracking and updating the project budget.
- Assists the manager in monitoring and addressing project billing issues and anomalies, both internal and external.
- Assists in reviewing invoices received from project consultants before passing to manager.
- May follow up with project consultants, as directed, regarding questions or clarifications to their invoice.
- Assists in appropriate filing of completed and signed project legal documents.
- Performs such other duties as the Supervisor may from time to time deem necessary.
What will you contribute?
- High school diploma (or equivalent) plus ten years related experience OR an Associate's Degree in a related technical field plus eight years related experience.
- Should be articulate, have clear and analytical approach to problem solving, and good decision making abilities.
- Should have good communication skills.
- Must generally understand and utilize Information Technology in the performance of work including Internet, Intranet, Microsoft Windows OS, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.
