You will be part of our innovative Creative Design practice, based in key locations throughout the UK, consisting of 60+ talented designers, developers and visualisers who provide a professional visual communication service to its UK and international markets. We deliver world class interactive solutions to a wide range of Atkins clients including EDF, Highways England, Environment Agency and HS2.

We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our diverse team of creative specialists who provide world-class still, animated and real time visualisations for our clients. The environment is fast pace, fulfilling and offers great scope for creativity, and the opportunity to be involved a variety of engineering, infrastructure and architectural design projects across the world.

Our ideal candidate will have a flair for visualising the built environment on a variant of platforms, and proven experience producing exceptional 3D environments using Unreal 4 and V-Ray. You will be comfortable co-ordinating with technical leaders and project managers to produce creative content for large scale projects that delivers on time and within budget.

The successful candidate will possess an advanced knowledge of Unreal 4, 3D Studio Max and V-Ray, and have a strong working knowledge of Adobe creative suite. A comprehensive knowledge of Unity would be advantageous.

Role Responsibilities
• Produce outstanding still, animated and real-time visualisation
• Co-ordinate with Team Leaders across the UK.
• Work alongside Technical and Creative leaders to deliver work within   

   deadline, budget and to client brief.
• Estimating the time and resources to complete projects
• Manage project deliverables to deliver a high standard of output.

Role Requirements
• You are deeply passionate about visualising the built environment.
• You have outstanding attention to detail.
• You’re adept at anticipating and solving complex production problems.
• You keep up with the latest industry trends in Visualisation, AR and VR.
• You have a personable and proactive approach to estimating jobs and dealing 

   with clients.
 

Skills

• Advanced working knowledge of Unreal engine.
• 3DS Max, V-Ray and Photoshop essential.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe creative suite.
• Strong personal organisation skills.
• Client handling and the ability to promote services and capability.
• Excellent communicator.

Experience
• 3 years+ industry experience as a visualisation/environment artist
• Comprehensive portfolio of real-time, still and animated visualisation
