Atkins seeks an energetic and highly motivated self-starter to join our Orlando, FL Office as a Project Assistant.

MAJOR FUNCTION/ROLE
Provides full range of proficient administrative and project coordination support to a team of professionals and managers, demonstrating initiative and knowledge of the organization.

JOB DUTIES

Work involves duties that reflect substantial variety & complexity. At this level, the assistant applies advanced skills to coordinate a variety of complex departmental functions, usually adapting procedures, processes and techniques to accomplish position requirements. Project support: some financial, project set up, sub agreements, status tracking, invoicing and progress reporting. Admin support for multiple individuals may also include: meeting arrangements, notes & follow up; travel arrangements, expense reports.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High school diploma (or equivalent) plus six years related experience OR an Associates Degree in a related administrative field plus four years related experience is required.

SPECIAL SKILLS

Solid communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Good command of English grammar and spelling. Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access and Power Point).

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Strong Microsoft Excel skills needed.
