With Project Manager opportunities at all levels, wherever you join us, you’ll play a central role in making exciting and diverse projects a reality. Valued up to £100m, your projects will range across the construction sector. You'll be trusted to lead your team and supported to develop further, through a portfolio of structured training and opportunities to help expand your career.

Your Purpose:

• Provide high-quality project and programme management standards across the whole project lifecycle.
• Advise clients on the project cost, programme, risks and issues.
• Lead and manage multi-disciplinary professional teams.
• Lead communications and relationships with clients and their stakeholders.
• Produce monthly reports including project programmes, risk registers etc.
• Implement effective and efficient communication tools.
• Develop delivery plans for projects, involve others and ensure objectives are met.
• Challenge the status quo and perform to a high standard in changing environments.
• Constantly pursue performance improvement.

What can you bring?

• Experience in major infrastructure projects is desirable but not essential.
• Experience in leading and managing a multi-disciplinary team.
• Experience in the adoption and management of best practice Project Management techniques.
• Experience of both pre and post contract Project Management responsibilities and be able to deliver this service effectively to Clients.
• The aptitude to liaise with clients and key stakeholders whilst managing expectations.
• The ability to manage a project throughout its lifecycle.
• A courteous manner with a high level of professionalism - the ability to liaise with colleagues at all levels.
• A disciplined thinker and analytical, numerate, problem solver who has the judgement and the capacity to think complex issues through and develop effective solutions in a timely fashion.
• Ability to work and communicate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• An ability to influence others by sound judgement and good sense.
• Hold or be working towards RICS Chartership or a similar Project Management Qualification (e.g. CIOB or APM).
