As part of the Trillium project based in Ottawa, we are looking for a qualified Receiver.  The incumbent will be responsible to support the material receipt process, bulk purchase orders, as well as 3-way match for payments.

How will you contribute to the team?

• Proceed to the verification and management of delivery notes and work orders;
• Classify various documents according to established procedures;
• Ensure the updating of necessary documents and enter data;
• Check invoices and follow up on quantities received;
• Update of Excel files;
• Comply with the basic requirements for internal and external control;
• Perform various tasks related to the position and participate in the support of team members;
• Communicate with the various suppliers.

What will you contribute?

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position;
• Proficiency in Office suite software;
• Ability to organize work well;
• Be autonomous, versatile and meticulous;
• Good stress management;
• Skilled in human relations (communication);
• Fluency in oral and written English (French an asset)
