Job Description:

The Senior Finance Analyst position is located in Baden, Switzerland and the candidate will be playing an active role in the financial planning and analysis group with regards to the reporting of the business, interacting with the Finance functions in different locations and putting in place best practices. The candidate will report directly to the Linxon group Senior Finance Manager – FP&A.

Responsibilities:

• Active participation in the monthly Reporting process
• Maintenance of the legal and statutory reporting of the Holding entity
• Participation in the preparation of the annual Linxon Group Financial Statements
• Oversee the cash flow forecast for the group
• Active participation in the hedge accounting (exercise, effectiveness, forecast)
• Participate in the implementation of new financial systems and ensure proper controls are in place
• Consolidate the results of the various projects and perform variances analysis
• Work closely with the operations to ensure the integrity and reliability of the financial and operating results for reporting and forecasting purposes
• Roll out the Project Status report (PSR) and support

Requirements:

• Bachelor of commerce with major in finance or accounting or equivalent, CPA (or equivalent) is an asset
• Relevant strong work experience
• Fluent in English, written and spoken, German and French are an asset
• Knowledge of hedge accounting is an asset
• Knowledge of Oracle and Hyperion are an asset
• Strong business partnering skills and team player
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Advanced Excel knowledge
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, demanding environment
• Strong analytical skills and Efficient time management
• Self-motivated, independent and ability to execute
