How will you contribute to the team?

To perform this role successfully, the individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

  • Developing and executing a HR & Data Compliance Roadmap; Training Programs and plans throughout the operations phase; this includes training the group; auditing & testing and executing compliance & control measures.
  • Creating a culture of HR Data Compliance by conducting periodic refresher trainings; onboarding trainings; continuously upskill the HR Centre Staff with latest updates on the Data Compliance.
  • Developing the training curriculum and materials; this includes classroom and field training, testing, auditing criteria, and evaluation.
  • Developing and managing the training schedule.
  • Monitoring the performance and progress in achieving the Data Compliance objectives including the country specific legislative requirements like GDPR; PIA etc.
  • Maintaining and publishing the monthly/periodic Data Compliance Score to each of the regional stakeholder which includes Staff Roll on/off; Compliance Breaches (if any); RCA/Mitigation Plan; Trainings Conducted etc.
  • Work/Liaise with the IT Department to ensure market relevant and advanced Data Security norms are applied to the HR Centre Systems.
  • Participate/Network with Data Security/Compliance and Risk Assessment forums (internal/external) which could aid implementation of most advanced HR/Data Compliance measures to the team.
  • Enable a culture of flexible working for HRC Staffs (located in India) without compromising both physical and technical Data Security. 

What will you contribute?

  • Knowledge of GDPR and other regional Data Security requirements.
  • Hands-on experience in Program Management; Stakeholders of different region.
  • Experience in working with either Captive or Outsourced HRSS teams.
  • Experience in working with GBS/Customer Service teams and exposure to multiple regions like Europe & North America.
  • 6-10 Years of overall work experience and in that at least 3years of exposure to HR processes.
  • Certification in Risk Assessments/SOX Audits (Good to Have).
