Role and Responsibilities:

Position onboarding team to continually sense external and internal trends, proactively adapt, respond to
quickly shifting dynamics on the program, elevate the candidate experience during mobilization, and embed
technology and enable productivity.

Using data to track the performance of mobilization solutions on the project and continuously improve and
adapt services/offerings to meet the changing requirements of the project resource requirements.

Create onboarding kits for Neom the Line – 3 stage onboarding kit (visa formalities, introduction to DP’s
processes/systems – preparation for NEOM)

Work very closely with Talent Acquisition teams to understand the quarterly plans and manage resource
requirements for onboarding teams.

Work closely with onboarding coordinators to ensure that all new hires have the necessary equipment, tools,
and access to systems and software necessary for their role.

Attend TA’s staffing meetings to support on ETA and mobilization updates on each candidate.
Support Mobilization team with creation of onboarding kits/onboarding checklists/line manager checklist.
As and when required manage, create and deliver various induction programs for Neom the Line.
Provide leadership and direction, continuously build, and manage a high-performing team of experienced
onboarding and mobilization professionals to deliver world-class onboarding support to a diverse array of
delivery partner candidate portfolio throughout the program.

Responsible for the management of onboarding teams’ development, including talent and performance
management and learning activities throughout the program.

Act as strategic partner, change agent and business partner with senior management teams in the
mobilization team to assess the impacts of mobilization process gaps based on program plans, on a short and
long-term basis.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HR, hiring managers, and third
party vendors.

Create workflows for different scenarios on the program during onboarding.
Manage KPI’s for mobilization teams.
Lead and manage a team of onboarding coordinators and administrators.
Serves as subject matter expert on the local labor market and regulatory environment.
Champion and build upon our cultural values that promotes catalyst, care, passion, respectfulness, curiosity,
and diversity.

Other responsibilities assigned by the Mobilization Director.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
CIPD qualification or equivalent HR qualification would be an advantage.
Have at least 15 years of experience as a Human Resources professional, ideally in an international company
and with a similar major or giga program delivery partner set up.

Have at least 5 years of managerial/leadership experience.

Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business or another related field
Minimum of 15 years in an HR-related role or customer service focused role
Previous experience in onboarding activities is a plus
Understanding of local regulations on mobility is desired not a must
Effective organizational skills
Great interpersonal skills
Able to effectively prioritize own workload with good time management
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Confident in communicating with various types of people including large groups

Good attention to detail
Experience with Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
Effective diary management abilities
Able to work independently without supervision
Effective team player
