Requirements:
 The Senior Project Coordinator shall ideally be qualified with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering /related from an internationally recognized accredited University.

Key Responsibilities:

Develops the Project Logistics and Interface Plan with the team and manages the team's performance of project tasks.

Secures acceptance and approval of deliverables from the Project Client and Stakeholders. Responsible for communication, including status reporting, risk management, project planning and escalation of issues that cannot be resolved in the team to the Project Director.

Assist the Project Director and team in the production and maintenance of project plans and meet daily with the Project Client to resolve all interface matters within the construction program.

Excellent communication skills with an ability to understand, resolve site issue quickly. Previous experience working on complex mixed-use development programs would be highly considered.
