We are seeking a Senior Scheduler to join our Project Controls team in Miami, FL

How will you contribute to the team?
- Develops and updates summary level as well as detailed schedules.
- Identifies major milestones, critical approvals, and long lead procurement items.
- Determines reasonable schedule logic and constraints based on discussions with task owners and/or teams.
- Develops realistic activity durations based on production rates and available manpower based on discussions with task owners and/or teams.
- Assigns resources (cost, labor, or material) to activities and develops cash flow reports and resource histograms.
- Evaluates critical and near critical path activity sequences.
- Identifies schedule changes and trends.
- Develop earned value reports.
- Suggests corrective actions and/or develop recovery plans when delays are anticipated or occur.
- Conduct schedule reviews of contractor schedules for baseline approvals and review monthly updates.
- Strong understanding of CPM (Critical Path Method) concepts and calculations and earned value concepts.
- Experience in claims and Time impact analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
What will you contribute?
- Bachelor degree in engineering, Construction Management or related discipline plus four years of relevant experience OR minimum of 7 years experience in project planning and scheduling.
- Experience in Primavera and MS Project required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, mainly in Excel and Word for analysis and generating reports.
