Our 2021 Graduate Program intake includes several roles for Electrical, Mechanical, Environmental or Project Management engineering students in their final year or graduates who completed their studies no earlier than February 2020 for positions in our Sydney and Brisbane offices.

SNC-Lavalin Graduate Program

We’re a company that drives innovation, so we’re committed to the next generation of original thinkers. You’ll work on major Transport projects with excellent mentoring and learning support. The Graduate Development Program is a two-year framework, designed to help you grow the skills and knowledge you need to develop your early career and work towards a professional qualification. The program features a series of signature events, core training, professional development, mentoring and on-the-job experience.

  • Training in essential skills such as project management, client engagement and report-writing.

  • Ongoing encouragement and development support through internal placement opportunities
