Role Summary
 

In Australia, SNC-Lavalin are a growing team with a 5-year strategy. We are building into the current and future needs of industry and are now seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to manage the full-cycle recruitment process based from our Sydney office.
 

Reporting to the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist this is an excellent opportunity to make a real impact within our small and high-performing HR team which will see you work across a diverse portfolio including, Transport Advisory, Engineering & Design and Business Support functions.
 

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing full-cycle recruitment process while maintaining all compliance requirements.

  • Understanding the business to effectively execute sourcing, recruitment and selection, to support business hiring needs.

  • Liaising with our global offshore HR Centres for resourcing support

  • Continually educate the hiring community of recruitment and HR processes while demonstrating the value of working within the recruitment framework allowing for maximum efficiency.

  • Providing technical expertise and sound business acumen by sharing market intelligence.

  • Assisting with Graduate recruitment (as required) including attending university career fairs

  • Actively identifying and implementing Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (ED&I) opportunities to assist in recruiting a diverse workforce.

  • Implementing effective and innovative techniques for identifying new talent including: internet searches, social media, talent campaigns, referrals and networking.
     

Desired Skills, Experience and Capabilities

  • Demonstrated experience as an end-to end recruiter (internal or external), ideally with experience in the Engineering and/or Transport sectors.

  • Excellent relationship management and influencing skills with a focus on delivering value added client experience.

  • Experience working within a global organisation with exposure to offshore HR centres (desirable).

  • Proven ability in attracting new talent and managing candidate pipelines.

  • Previous experience working within fast-paced, dynamic, direct recruit methods and complex hiring processes.
