Role Overview:

As technology solutions engineer, you will be pivotal in identifying, developing, and implementing technology solutions for our diverse client base. You will work at the intersection of technology and business, this role demands a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and client engagement skills.

You will work closely with digital teams across our N and P business and take a lead with our team of digital and technology solutions engineers and apprentices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives.
• Mentorship of junior engineers to develop a delivery capability to support across N and P.
• Participate in cross-functional project teams, ensuring collaboration and excellence from project inception through to delivery.
• Take a lead on the application of machine learning across the business.
• Stay informed of industry trends, technologies, and advancements in the field of digital and technology, bringing innovative ideas back to AtkinsRéalis and our clients.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions within AtkinsRéalis and for clients to promote a culture of learning and adaptation in the face of technological advancements.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in STEM with application of Artificial Intelligence.
• Demonstrable experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and programming languages (Python, R, MATLAB).
• Proven track record of successfully implementing technology solutions in a business context.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working closely with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Consulting experience with the ability to mentor and guide project teams.
