We are currently looking for a Transport Planning Manager to join our team in Saudi for Metro project
 

The Rail Transport Planning Manager with a minimum of 10 years’ senior technical experience with extensive knowledge in developing and deploying metro travel forecast models on a macro scale (The Employer is using EMME2).

He will assist the Employer in conducting, specifying and monitoring ridership across the Metro network.

He shall also assess transport demand, plan actions to adjust predict transport capacity needs and review the development of timetables.

Key responsibilities will involve the following:
• Review and comment O&M contractor proposed transport plans;
• Checking technical work and adherence to programme delivery plans;
• Supervise the activities of each of the O&M Contractors in terms of ridership measurement and timetable optimization.
• Document, report and advice Client on O&M performance and propose corrective models;
• Prepare and contribute to technical reports and other project outputs;
• Review O&M contractor proposed travel survey plans and interpret results, recommendations;
• Evaluate the benefits and costs of different strategies
• Mentor and train such as skills transfer and knowledge sharing of technical best practice
