I am an assistant apprentice recruitment specialist. I recruit for our Faithful+Gould, ADS+T and Nuclear+Power divisions.
Tell us a little bit about your background?
My background lies predominantly in L&D and recruitment. I have worked within the banking, food & drink, engineering and construction industries. Over the past 5 years, the development of young people has been a central focus.
What is the best thing about your job?
Attracting and recruiting future leaders for the business. Being able to inspire young people to dream big and be the best versions of themselves.
Why do you love working at Atkins?
Although it’s early days, my first impressions have all been positive. The business offers flexible working and appears to be forward thinking and connected. I also have a great team!
What makes a good day at work?
Everyone committing to doing the right thing.
