We are looking for a qualified Business Systems Coordinator to support in all activities regarding the configuration and deployment of Business Systems Tools within the designated office. You will undertake a variety of tasks, as well as working closely with internal employees and liaising with our Corporate functions.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, track and report on all TransitNEXT SharePoint sites
- Coordinate user access accounts
- Develop & document detailed work procedures pertaining to the use and implementation of the project Business Systems
- Point of contact for Microsoft Information Systems requirements, changes, user concerns/comments
- Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity
- Work as part of a team with other project groups to develop holistic solutions
Requirements:
- Post secondary education in a technology related field
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically intermediate excel, word processing, databases and internet savvy
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to hand multiple requests and ongoing priorities at one time
