Inspector Supervisor (Fleet Experience)

We are currently looking for an experienced Lead Inspector to join us on an exciting transportation project in Riyadh, KSA.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Inspectors will report to the HSEQ Expert

  • Inspectors will be qualified field personnel in respective areas (Quality / KPI) to provide continuous onsite inspection

  • They will monitor, document, inspect, and test the assets, staff, operations and maintenance of the contractors.

  • Inspectors will assist the HSEQ Expert by monitoring the bus security activities from the OCC/TCC in coordination with each of the Contractor’s security managers

  • They will perform these services at a level complementary to, and not duplicative of, the contractor requirements, and according to RCRC procedures.

  • With the contractor, Inspectors will perform pre-commencement condition and operation surveys and prepare reports including photographs and video records.

  • Once the Contractor completes their tasks, our PM team will confirm in their reports that they are complete using the data collected by the inspectors. These data will be also used to reconcile its records with the contractor.

  • All inspectors will adhere closely to the Inspection Plans (frequency, report types etc.,), Performance Measurement KPIs provided by our PM team.

  • Inspectors will verify compliance with the KPIs and SLA of the Contractors

  • Condition surveys the Inspectors will be involved will include photo, video, or both types of documentation of existing conditions within and immediately adjacent to the works areas with notations of observed defects or damage.

  • Other specific checks for Inspectors will include but not limited to:

  • Revenue and fare evasion checks

  • Checking of on-time performance and headway

  • Presentability of Vehicles and drivers

  • Assistance in event of accident/incidents

  • Assistance for special events

  • Liaison with emergency service and other agencies as applicable

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or qualification in respective field

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar filed

  • Experience in fleet/ transportation inspection is preferred

  • Demonstrable prior experience in similar work area

  • An eye for detail

  • Ability to capture and document digital and physical evidence (photos/videos/documents)

  • Fluent Arabic speakers (multi-lingual) are preferred
