How will you contribute to the team?

• Validates pursuits and project initiations.

• Validates client and contact information.

• May assist in proposal processes.

• Supports Vision help-desk efforts and provides training support.

• Assists in maintaining the integrity and quality of Vision data.

• Develops, generates and/or provides input on reports.

• Coordinates with HR, marketing, and technical staff to help get new employee information in the database.

• Assists marketing staff with proposal closeouts.

• Assists with complex regional search needs.

• Proactively recommends appropriate modifications to Vision process.

• Provides proposal independent quality reviews (IQRs), as requested.

• Performs such other duties as the Supervisor may from time to time deem necessary.

What will you contribute?

• An associate degree with eight years relevant experience OR high school diploma plus ten years of relevant experience; preferably supporting proposals in the A/E/C industry.

• Experience with Deltek Vision a plus.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Strong grammar, spelling, composition, and proofreading abilities. he ability to multi-task and work under the pressure of a deadline-driven environment.

• Computer skills required and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other software programs.

• Job requires ability to process paper/electronic documents and operate computer keyboard. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in written form. Ability to work under the pressure of frequent deadlines.
